The Point Street Apartment development is the second phase of a multi-phase build-out of Harbor Point, a 30 acre mixed-use development on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The building, which will be completed in early 2018, includes 278 market rate apartments designed to take advantage of harbor views, a lobby leasing center on the ground floor, a 175 car below grade parking garage and 7,000 sf amenity space on the 11th floor where the building steps back to create an outdoor terrace with pool. When completed the building will achieve LEED Silver.
