The new headquarters of Exelon's Constellation business unit (a Fortune 150 company) features a 24-hour trading floor as the energy hub and heart of the now complete 350-foot tall, LEED Gold building. The trading floor consists of 65,000 SF with soaring ceilings and a 45,000 SF mezzanine overlooking the sea of traders. This is a mixed use complex which also includes five levels of residential apartments that wrap a 900 car parking garage and retail at the base.
